Organizational Nature

The purpose of the Jefferson City Convention and Visitors Bureau is to maximize the positive economic impact of visitor dollars to the community through effectively marketing the Jefferson City area as a desirable convention and tourism destination.

The decommissioned Missouri State Penitentiary Prison is a runaway hit with the public offering a multitude of different tours. The DMO was charged with finding a vendor to customize a tour management system to fit their needs.

Project Scale

Currently there are approximately 10 properties participating in the reservation system.

Unique Customization for this Project

The system was re-skinned according to the host web site and allows for the attractions and retail partners to load their own custom products for re-sale.

Project Timeline

Meridian completed the operational launch of this project in approximately 90 days between the delivery of graphical skins by their agency and the launch date.
