The Toronto Tourism & Convention Authority is the official organization responsible for the promotion of Toronto as a vacation and convention destination.

Project Scale
The entire project lasted approximately 3 months from start to inception. It included the following phases:
- Preliminary consultation with the Marketing Team & Call Centre Team
- On-site training
- Remote support in English
Unique Customization for this Project
The call centre application was based upon a "retail model" whereby each individual hotel was able to load and unlimited supply of room types and their own package plans.
Project Timeline
Meridian completed the operational launch of this project in approximately 60 days between the delivery of graphical skins by their agency and the launch date.
